Il solo fatto che la compagnia aerea abbia un blog la dice lunga. Southwest è ben nota in US per essere la compagnia più divertente del paese. Piloti, stewart, hostess fanno semplicemente divertire i passeggeri e si prendono ironicamente cura di loro. Chi vola una volta con SA non torna più indietro. Non è un caso che sia l'unica compagnia profittevole degli Stati Uniti.
